Hello! Can you repeat courses in case you earned a C in pre-reqs or if you didn’t get accepted to be more competitive for next application?

Hello, if you apply say two days before the admission deadline for the spring admission due to having too meet testing requirements, does that affect you chances ,if you apply late?
